Shashwat is a dispute resolution professional who specialises in civil / commercial litigation including domestic and international arbitrations. He has experience in representing clients and has worked on several arbitrations arising out of commercial contracts. Shashwat is also adept at drafting Special Leave Petitions, Writs, Petitions under the Arbitration Act, etc. and regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi including various District Courts, Tribunals, etc.

Shashwat is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and is duly enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
