Rishya’s practice is predominantly focused on domestic and international advisory on private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, debt financing and renewable energy. He has also advised alternative investment funds, non-banking financial companies (non-systemically important) and group companies on their investments in the form of loans and debt instruments across industries including real estate, renewable energy and manufacturing.
He has worked closely with both investors and target companies across different growth cycles (i.e., seed funding to strategic acquisitions).
