She has experience in legal due diligences, advisory on corporate laws, foreign direct investments, SEBI Regulations, labour laws and employee related matters.
Nityashjit has completed her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, in 2007, and LL.M. from University of Durham, UK, in 2010.
