Namrata is a seasoned dispute resolution professional with expertise in Insolvency & Corporate Litigation, and Commercial Arbitration. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi w.e.f. November 2020. She represents clients in litigations before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and other specialised Tribunals such as National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and other State Commissions in New Delhi.
She has also contributed articles to publications on various interesting legal cases.
Prior to joining Dua, Namrata has worked with the dispute resolution team of a group of attorneys based in New Delhi.
She holds an integrated Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and LL.B and is also a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association.
