He specializes in civil litigation and arbitration, intellectual property rights, real estate, criminal law, especially white-collar crimes and consumer disputes. George has advised major banks, construction companies, real estate companies, public sector undertakings, manufacturing and software companies for the past 30 years and represents these clients in disputes before the High Court of Karnataka, Commercial Courts, Civil Courts, Magistrate Courts, Consumer Forums / Commissions, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Electricity Regulatory Commissions etc.
George led the firm’s litigation team in its representation of a consortium of Indian banks against Kingfisher Airlines in numerous cases across the country, in what was at that time the largest bank related litigation in India.
