Abhilash Vikram is a member of the Japan-focused practice group at the firm, specializing in M&A transactions, corporate law advisory, employment and labor laws, data privacy, and related legal disciplines. With a background in handling inbound and outbound investments, due diligence, and deal negotiations, Abhilash brings to Dua Associates a wealth of experience gained from his earlier stints at several prominent law firms. Abhilash holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from PGDAV College, University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Law Centre-1, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
