Dua Associates is among this year’s winners of India Business Law Journal’s final shortlist of 50 landmark deals and disputes for 2020. The firm’s case “Abuse of dominance in access to LPG terminalling infrastructure at Visakhapatnam Port”, has been selected as one of the 50, which demonstrates that Dua Associates is in the top league of India dealmakers.
The firm represented East India Petroleum and the case led by Kunal Mehra, pertains to a complaint filed in 2011 to CCI by East India Petroleum against South Asia LPG.
