Dua Associates is among winners of India Business Law Journal’s annual Deals of the Year 2021 Report in the M&A/JV/PE category.
The winner is Oji Holdings acquisition of majority stake in Empire Packages, a deal wherein Dua Associates team represented and assisted the Promoters of EPPL, a Chandigarh based company in its transaction involving sale of 80% equity stake to Oji, a $ 15 billion Japanese conglomerate. This deal was a significant cross border transaction that had innovation and sustainability at its core.
